How We Deliver Training

  • Firstly, we will learn about your business and your way of operating.
  • Then, we agree on what Training content and Assessments will be delivered to your people.
  • We will determine a schedule when our Trainers will come to your workplace.
  • You can fill each Training session with up to 10 people – at no extra cost.
  • Each Training session is 2 hours in duration.
  • All tuition, learning and assessment material is supplied by Maddissons.
  • The aim is to benchmark your staff against industry standards, teach new skills and knowledge, improve performances where necessary and then to recognise their subsequent skills and knowledge.
  • On graduating, your people are rewarded with a nationally recognised and accredited Qualification from Maddissons – and recognition from you, their Employer.
  • Employers are rewarded with a method to enhance the performance of your staff – who are encouraged to stay with you for longer.


Recognition Of Prior Learning

Do your staff already have work experience (i.e., at least 12 months full-time or 24 months part-time throughout their career), but no qualification?

If yes, they may already have some of the skills and knowledge that would be taught through this Training.
In this case, we can get them straight into the Assessments which makes the process a lot quicker and easier. Just let us know if they would like to be considered for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).


Credit Transfer

If your staff have completed part of a nationally recognised Training course, then we may be able to apply credit for the completed units. Just let us know if you would like them to be considered for Credit Transfer.
